Dozens of property owners have had their properties secretly registered as companies, revealing a hidden gray industrial chain
Recently, Ms. Wu, a citizen, discovered that her home address was inexplicably used as a registered address by two companies. She found through inquiry at the Changping Branch of the Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce that the registered company had submitted a proof of residence stamped with the developer's seal. The developer stated that there is no unauthorized act of stamping and providing address proof. Huilongguan Industrial and Commercial Office stated that due to the inability to contact the registered company at present, it may be included in the list of abnormal business operations. According to informed sources, there is a hidden gray industry chain in company registration agencies. Legal professionals have stated that their property address was registered by the company without their knowledge, which may lead to difficulties such as difficulty in selling the property.
Multiple homeowners' housing addresses registered by the company
Ms. Wu, who lives in the Shouguo Fengmei Tang Comprehensive Building, recently discovered that her house address prominently appears on the basic registration information of two companies.
Ms. Wu said that a few days ago, her neighbor reminded her, 'Your address has been registered by a company, go and check it out.'. Ms. Wu found on the Beijing Enterprise Credit Information website that her home address was registered by two companies in June and July of this year. Ms. Wu later discovered that people who encountered similar situations covered 5 units in the community.
A neighbor was planning to sell their house and accidentally entered their address on Baidu, which showed that it had already been registered. They then posted it in the homeowners' group for everyone to check. As a result, many people found that their homes had been inexplicably registered, "Ms. Wu told reporters. In a QQ group with more than 100 homeowners that she was in, at least 20 or more homeowners said they encountered this situation." There are more than 1000 homeowners in our entire residential area, and we have only contacted a small part of them.
On December 1st, Ms. Wu visited the Changping Branch of the Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce and found through inquiry that two registered companies had submitted a proof of residence as required during registration. In the "Certificate of Property Owner" column of this proof of residence, it was written "Agree to provide the above address to the company for use", and the seal of "Beijing Urban Development Group Co., Ltd." was stamped below. In addition, Ms. Wu also saw a copy of the property ownership certificate submitted at the time of registering the company. This is not a copy of the owner's property, "Ms. Wu said," and the proof of residence was not provided by us, without our consent
